We enjoyed staying at this traditional hotel. Our room had bathtubs, and we had a nice view of the garden 🌿.

Nice hotel with quiet atmosphere in a good area short walk to minutes away from the central bazaar, Berat and the castle and many restaurants. Very amiable staff during our stay. The rooms with an attached bathroom and a lovely terrace, as for instance. Fine stay, as always.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sweet Flora in Gjirokaster. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. The guesthouse had a beautiful garden and terrace where I enjoyed my breakfast every morning. The room was big and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. Flora's warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. I had the opportunity to learn so much about Albania, Gjirokaster, and its history from the friendly and funny host, Albin. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the traditional pie. I highly recommend staying at Sweet Flora, it's a lovely place to spend a few days in Gjirokaster.

We had a great stay at Fir Gate Guesthouse for 3 nights. Albin, the host, provided amazing insights into Albanian culture and history. The cozy room was clean and had a hot shower. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby hills and major sights. The breakfast on the cute veranda was delicious, with fresh bread, traditional pie, and local cheese. Albin made us feel at home and we enjoyed chatting with him. We would definitely go back!

Our room was immaculately clean with a large bathroom. It had climate control, a dining area, and a seating area if needed. - the folks were really helpful and affable. - the location was favorable and magnificent, close to everything.

The room was tidy, very large, and had a cozy bed, in a fantastic location near the historic town and city center.

Pro: Loved the cozy garden and terrace, perfect for sipping my morning tea. The homemade breakfast was to die for, especially the dessert! Delightful stay. Con: Just a small inconvenience, had to play hide-and-seek with the water heater. Flora's explanation was a true mind bender.

The value for money at the guesthouse was excellent, with a spacious room and a nice bathroom. The location was fantastic, with the bazaar, castle, and historic houses all within close proximity. The staff, especially the host Albin, were kind and engaged, providing us with great breakfasts and valuable information about the city and its attractions.

The only slight improvement for the breakfast offerings would be better communication regarding the breakfast timing. A prompt reply to our message about having breakfast at 8 would have been helpful.
